DeckDesk was created for teams that need senior presentation expertise without hiring internally, managing freelancers, or pulling their best people into slide production.
Kevin Potis has spent 35 years in design and creative, with more than a decade in formal creative leadership. Most recently, he served as EVP, Global Marketing Creative at A+E Global Media, overseeing creative and brand work across HISTORY, A&E, Lifetime, FYI, and Home.Made.Nation.
Across that career, presentations were a constant part of the work — boardrooms, pitches, launches, leadership meetings, and moments where clarity mattered. Again and again, important decks landed on people who already had full-time jobs, while the presentation itself still needed senior thinking and careful execution.
DeckDesk was built to solve that problem: give teams access to experienced presentation thinking without building an internal department or managing another generalist agency.
Kevin leads the thinking and review, supported by a small bench of senior presentation specialists when production volume calls for it.
Every presentation is a moment where something is being decided — a budget, a direction, a deal. The work isn't to make slides. It's to make the case land.
Because DeckDesk is built around continuity — not a series of disconnected projects — the context you share once carries into every request that follows. Your audience, your voice, your standards are never re-explained from scratch.
That starts with five questions we ask before anything else is touched.
Each presentation gets focused attention. One active request keeps the workstream clear and moving.
Kevin reviews every deliverable before it goes back. Nothing ships without senior judgment applied to it.
Brand guidelines, slide standards, and presentation norms are captured once and carried through every request that follows.
